Studies consistently show that women are more likely to initiate divorce proceedings than men, with estimates often around 70%.

Obviously, we need to take a look at what we're doing because right now whatever it is, clearly it is not working.

Is the problem in the getting married, or is the problem the way the divorce/custody laws have become twisted over the last 100/150 years or so?
