Julie Newmar took the role and made it her own. She played Catwoman as a bad girl who did the wrong things to get Batman's attention. She had an obvious attraction to Adam West's Batman, and he to her, but he's too strong to fall for her evil ways, although he is clearly tempted. Robin, was just a nuisance to her. Best line, "Batman, when I get out of jail, will you take me on a date?"
