Oddly enough that Skinwalker ranch show captured video of a Tic Tac, half in, and half out of the ground. While the ground was there. So, flat ground, and a Tic Tac flies up out of the ground, but does not disturb the earth, it just materializes as it exits the ground.
I will say this. I deal with domestic surveillance, which itself has incredible tech. They actually hit me with the impact weapon in my house, so they somehow can apply force at a distance through walls, which moves stuff in my house, like a poltergeist. I vouch that thing is real, I have seen it. I bring it up because I can tell you, they have tech which goes far beyond what we know about, so it is difficult to say what the military has evidence for or not. They have probably been looking pretty closely at these things, and broken out the top tech, which we have never heard of, and cannot even imagine what it can measure.
