That doesn't sound insulting to me. I looked over all the lyrics and Dreams. I don't see anything that that I'd feel insulted about, if it were about me.

He also sang on the last chorus and outro. He was the arranger etc., so I guess he approved. Stevie Nicks was offended by the line "Packing up, shacking up's all you wanna do."

Yeah, the video of that song shows some tension between the two, Stevie / Lindsey. Whether staged for the Concert movie I cannot say.
