I've searched for any video of what led up to the brawl, closest I've seen is this obvious still pic from a video no one can find. I'm thinking it shows the tall white guy in the white shirt and the shorter apparently black guy in the black shirt with somebodies hand in the air halfway between them.

Blacks seem to believe that hurty words constitute a right to a savage beatdown including curb and head stomping by multiple attackers. If the victim dies, that is OK too and perfectly legit.

I just hope the judges in this case do the right thing.

My question and issue is given we all saw the videos of the guy getting stomped and the girl getting punched, those videos are all over the place. The Daily Mail quote "Lawmakers in Cincinnati are calling for a white man seen on video slapping a black man before a now viral brawl erupted to face prosecution." even mentioned the video my pic above was taken from, but they don't and no one else is posting that first video. Why? Seems to me it can't show what Lawmakers in Cincinnati are saying it shows. It must not be very cut and dried that the white guy started it if they're afraid of showing it in public.

There is only one way I can think of to stop a riot after it starts. Arresting racist people threatening to riot may work to prevent it.

Regardless, the DOJ should indict and prosecute the rioters under the civil rights laws. It is way past time.
