No kidding, I firmly believe that statement based on my life’s experiences. Rational thinking goes completely out the window.

I had a very sexually attractive co-worker once that constantly made sexual suggestions or outright asking to go make out. As part of her enticement she said she wanted to marry me. Those “brain chemicals” caused me to do considerable thinking about her offers.
