In the current economy, girls have shrinking choices for earning a living. I particularly weep for the women of STEM in the current climate, what with unethical job posting practices and the ever growing layoffs.

There is a reason that the sex trade is "the oldest profession." Going back centuries.

Explain this please? Every STEM employer I know still focuses on hiring females first, no matter the skill level.
