The Beatles had their own unique style and had a way of making the covers their own. Please Mr. Postman was a great rendition. So was Money, Twist and Shout and Long Tall Sally.

Hard to believe they performed those songs without vocal monitors and no guitar stands. Just laid the guitars up against the amps or on the ground.

I like that Rolling Stones photo of Mick Taylor laying a 1959 Les Paul up against an amp. In those days a 1959 Les Paul was just a good used guitar.

How about the Carpenters' version? That actually charted.
