Considering that one of the oldest recipes we have for pizza (yes, written by an Italian!) includes rosewater and sugar I just laugh at the delicate little flowers.

If you really want to see them melt down point out that oldest recipe for lasagna is probably British. Much fun can be had.

The headline is a lie.

They're not adding two ingredients to the pasta, they're adding two ingredients to the pasta dish.

Idiots can't manage to speak the language they invented.

This is the most difficult step. Too cool and the cheese doesn’t melt properly. A little too warm, and the fat separates from the cheese.

The Brits add the butter to help keep the cheese fats emulsified, and Parmesan melts at a higher temperature. That’s cheating.
