Now, imagine if you settled for a low prestige job to get coverage, then discover after being sliced and diced that the state of the art in sex changes is merely cosmetic surgery, that incontinence and an inability to have normal sexual relations are a side effect of the treatment. It’s one thing to live a lie, and quite another to push towards a horrible, irreversible outcome based on someone else’s lie.
