And people keep moving to Phoenix in droves, because?????

If I chose Arizona it would be north in Prescott where it is always a lot cooler and less crowded than Phoenix.

I could never figure out why settlers stopped there to begin with.

I lived there for 8 months.

Dec - Feb were OK. But it goes over 100 by march and stays there.

People move here because for 9 months of the year, we have very nice weather.
I originally came from MN where if they are lucky MIGHT have 3 months of good weather/year.

I asked someone “why” who moved there recently, from Colorado Front Range. Better pay, cheaper housing, lower general prices, less crime.

99’ today but Mid 60’s at Midnight which makes it Nice for Night Owls.

Good friend of mine bought a house in Prescott for that reason. We’ve gone 3-4 times. Last time we went was in March. We left Nebraska was in the 60s and the day after we got to Prescott, it snowed 8”!!
