When I was in AZ, I encountered Hertz vans full of illegals. They would go into the national forest below Flagstaff to hide during the day and travel at night.

Darn - I had a really good truck rental with Penske this past year. I was in need of a a msll truck but with a lift gate and Penske had the best option, and it was a nice newish cab over truck with great visibility.

You are correct, but law enforcement does seem to have an 8-5 mentality, we rarely see deep creativity, and rigid determination, and firm goals from them, they could root out a heck of a lot more than they do.
