We will certainly need far fewer H1b doctors from India now that the Big Beautiful Bill has cut so many people from Medicaid and Medicare. They will no longer be needed for the many rural areas where people have been shirking work to claim medical benifits who will now discover they are healthier than they were able to claim before. Good thing, too, since so few American doctors want to work in those places or the inner cities where such layabouts lurk, laze, and enjoy their drugs or booze.
