You can't, because it doesn't.
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
The authors were very clear, and very explicit .. Donald J. Trump is absolutely 100% INELIGIBLE to be elected President again.
If you don't like that, petition Congress ... and the States ... to repeal Amendment 22.
The End.
Elected, no. Appointed?
Trump could become speaker of the house
Then Vance/Whoever after winning the next election
could immediately resign and Trump would become president
for another term... and he was not elected more than twice...
I know there just has to be something wrong with the above but it is an interesting thought... and if it could work just how many terms might someone get... rinse/repeat
