The Texas House of Representatives passed a resolution Monday afternoon calling for the arrest of dozens of Democratic lawmakers who fled the state to prevent a congressional redistricting vote from going forward.

At least 100 of the 150 members of the Texas House must be present for a quorum so business can be conducted.

With the USSC getting ready to flush racists jerrymandering, Professor Johnathan Turley anticipates a base of 235 Republican seats in the House based on pickups in states like Texas and Florida. Wait till you see how the Left go ape over this decision. If you are 12% of the population you don't get to dictate to the other 88% of us.

I would love to see them actually arrested and charged, but it has been posted that these would be symbolic arrests, and would only be valid in Texas. They would not make an effort track or extradite them. They will get a slap on the wrist at most. They should be tried with sedition and thrown in prison.
