That’s why they left the state. If they start removing them from office that will fix this immediately. Don’t know if that is possible.
Which means almost nothing, since they all travelled outside Texas to avoid arrest. There is no way the Democrat-controlled states of Illinois, Massachusetts, or California will honor extradition requests.
The real action with teeth is to declare their seats as intentionally vacated and eliminate the Democrats from the quorum requirement.
That has not yet happened. This looks like theatrics so far, with only mild entertainment value.
