President Trump is outsmart and out maneuvering Putin, Zelensky, the EU and the the Congressional Ukrainian war caucus It's not even a close thing.
President Trump will be shutting down the war in Ukraine no matter how badley the EU and his domestic opposition want to keep it alive.
I suspect that Putin is not quite the obstacle that he is being made out to be.
