My advice on this: Look at the Bible to understand the past and plan for the future.
The earth is not that old and life here is far too short to worry about. Plan for eternity. Get to know the God who made you, loves you, and has saved you. And do it today.
Note that The Bible is EXPLICITLY included in the archive as THE foundational document of our civilization.
Exactly.
James 4:13-14 Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit”— yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.
Psalm 103:15-19 As for man, his days are like grass; he flourishes like a flower of the field; for the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place knows it no more. But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him, and his righteousness to children's children, to those who keep his covenant and remember to do his commandments. The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all.
Eternity is a LONG time with permanent placement on where you decide to go.
