Funny. 50 some years ago, I ended up in a very small audio recording room, with Miss Vermont. Lasted about the same amount of time, before some guy opened the door.
In my usual form, I introduced them to each other, and walked away. He was the local tennis star, and yet again, I figured, “No chance.” But the few minutes, close to a very good looking young lady, that was nice.
my best closest chance to one of these super media babes was on a cruise back in ‘03.
I had just broken up with my long time gf and met 3 wonderful girls at the midnight singles party on the the first night of the trip.
one was the local Miami weather girl on the Fox affiliate....
we had a lot of fun.
At one point she came up to me privately and said “i so want to....BUT i have a new boyfriend, i’ve cheated on all of the past ones and i don’t want to do that again.”
that was my invitation obviously but i blew it.
I still regret it to this day...
I imagine “Miss Vermont” from any decade would be a very beautiful woman, and a very nice person as well.
at least in my mind...
