 I guess only a wargamer would find this remotely funny.   Aquila is setting up a US/Venezuela naval conflict scenario on HOI4 after President Maduro said that eight US warships carying 1200 missiles, along with a nuclear submarine are targeting Venezuela. 

HOI 4 is a grand strategy wargame simulating WW2.
