It may just that I've not paid attention to Clinton for a long time, but a glance at that photo made me think, "That's not Bill Clinton."
For a moment I wondered if Bill was no longer ambulatory or no longer with us, and if the person in the photo is a double. I certainly could be wrong - it's just one picture. But even if that is Bill Clinton in the picture, if he's ill enough to travel with a defibrillator, he may not be long for this world and should he die, the Deep State will conceal his death as they did with Bush Sr. as it would mean they could spring news of his demise to provoke a national period of mourning when they need it.
I went back and watched Michael Jackson's Smooth Criminal video. The stances the singer takes are used to conceal his identity.
At the very least, I was enjoying the appropriatness of Bill using a well known 'tell' of a smooth criminal.
