With RFKjr making the point that “pouches” are safe, is there a pouch that is just nicotine? Aren’t pouches normally made of tobacco, which can and does cause oral cancer? If nicotine, by itself, does not cause cancer, that is one thing. Tobacco pouches/chews are tobacco and cause cancerous lesions.

It's not the tobacco. It's the additives, flavorings and pesticides. I'm leery of these pouches and their flavorings. Don't get me started on vape poison. I made my own pouches from the organic tobacco I prefer just to see if I liked it. I wasn't in to it, but it did kill the smoke craving for a bit. A pouch might prove useful in those last few hours of an 8-10 hour flight.

there are “unflavored” or “neutral” nicotine pouches that contain nicotine along with a filler like coconut fiber, but not tobacco. These are known as white snus or nicotine pouches and can be found from brands such as ZYN or Rogue, which offer unflavored options alongside their other flavors.
