Two things that tie in to your research on tunnels/DUMBs.

1. I can’t find the sites that had the pictures of children under white tents near Central Park New York City, I think during the height of COVID when a hospital ship was in the harbor of NYC. A lot of people thought they were rescued from tunnels underground.

2. There has been a lot of activity “Training” with P-8 and P-3 aircraft over large areas of dry land in the US. Normally these aircraft excel in finding submarines under the ocean. Perhaps they can detect tunnels as well?

Just some thoughts for your research.

I remember the speculation about the kids in tents.
Also, I remember watching a poignant video featuring a female member of one of the hospital ships describing her experience treating one of the children. Her emotional state (she was at times, choked up and overcome in a quiet manner) and the way she reflected on the role she could play in the life of the child at that moment were not a match for a nurse treating a Covid patient (and kids so rarely get Covid). Her humility and movement between grief for the child and gratitude for the opportunity to be there, to help her, were the intense emotions I would expect of a nurse treating a child rescued from torture tunnels.
I checked AI for the P-8 and P-3 aircraft. The AI doesn't know of any use of the equipment they carry performing any ground penetrating examination. I see no reason why those aircraft would be ruled out for that purpose - I think their equipement could be removed and replaced with technology so that the public (and our enemies) would see the P-8 and P-3 patrolling the area and not know why they were there because they 'should' be above ground detection craft.
The expected technology would be ground penetrating radar, which would show up small voids and for a large cavern something like a seismometer or gravimetric measure would detect it.

As to the depth to which such technology can detect, it depends on the moisture contained in the upper layers of the terrain, in the desert geophysical satellites can deepen up to twenty meters in a wadi covered with dry sand. In urban tunnels lined with steel and concrete, this technique is not useful. After an earthquake, rescue teams often use trained dogs to detect carbon dioxide emissions from victims' breathing. High-sensitivity infrared sensors can also be used during cold nights. There are several studies on the military application of these procedures using drones with electronic sensors although I have no data on their actual use in combat situations.

An array of gravity, magnetic, and hyper spectral sensors were used in airborne surveys over Afghanistan to "detect and map mineral resources" deep below the surface. These might also reveal caves and tunnel systems.

According to Dr. John Brozema, head of Marine Physics Branch at the Naval Research Laboratory and chief scientist of Project Rampant Lion (a geophysical survey of Afghanistan), gravity sensors detect variation in mass, local mass variations, which could be either density or amount, like a mountain.
If you take a topographic map and try to remove the topographic variations, you're left with a good estimate of the density variations in the earth below. Magnetic sensors detect the variation in the magnetic field locally which tells you a lot about the minerals or the materials that are in the area. Hyper-spectral imaging which divides the visual spectrum into a wide range of color bands, are diagnostic of specific [surface] materials."

Ground penetrating radar gets a mention on a US military site - but they say it is carried or driven overland. Still, if we have developed an aircraft version, we're probably not admitting it. The more likely contender is performed by satellites using field spectroscopy for the detection of underground military structures as is done when we search for undground military bases in foreign countries.
