***I lack so much knowledge and maybe this has already been addressed but why can’t Trump remove Roberts as Chief Justice. I understand he can’t just remove him but why can’t he be removed as lead and someone else be appointed Chief Justice***

I have posted this a few times here and on social media... posted it to Prez Trump and to a few of his staff - and Mark Levin - on Truth Social... I don't know why PDJT wouldn't consider it - just move Roberts to the back bench and let Justices Alito and/or Thomas discipline these unethical judicial scoundrels.

It would of course require Senate approval... but even if it failed it would serve notice to Justice Roberts: If you cross the 'swamp' at night watch out for the Hound!'
