THEY thought they had a reason for the Mar-a-Lago raid: Shoot to kill! This Deep State IC 'cell' had legal grounds to rid themselves of their nemesis - by any means, for 'perceived' resistance!
I suspect someone with a conscience alerted Trump and family to be elsewhere at that time.
This cell was already operational back in the Spring of 2016 and included some ruthless amoral folks, including foreigners, some already eliminated from service, some whose 'day' approaches.
