This thread will explain “placeholder” posts—a part of Q’s operation that is seldom discussed, but one that could become relevant in the future.

First, I don’t know if Q will return, but it’s possible.

If Q does return, the placeholder posts could become the focus of new posts as they track happenings related to Spygate.
If Q does return, anons will try to verify the legitimacy of new posts using several methods. In the past, Q has updated his trip code after returning from a long absence. The update usually coincides with a post by POTUS, with both Q and Trump posting at the same time.
Q has posted on several boards in the past. Most recently, when Q wants anons to comment on a post, they appear on Q Research.

When posts are for information only and no comments are needed, they’re posted on a board named ProjectDcomms
Q deletes most messages on ProjectDcomms.
Presently, there are two drops posted there. Both are placeholders. As the name suggests, a placeholder is a message that serves as a marker for future events.

Blank spaces are provided on these posts, which will be filled in at a later date.
This placeholder tracks several issues related to Spygate, including indictments, acts of treason, foreign acts, and FISA.

Note there are two categories of indictments: “Civ” and “Non_Civ.”

I’ve interpreted these abbreviations to mean civilian versus non-civilian, but that has not been confirmed by Q.

The other placeholder that is still on the board is this one that tracks indictments.

Note the “Non_Civ” designator at the top and the “Civ” designator at the bottom.

Kevin Clinesmith was the “first indictment” referred to in previous posts. His initials KC equate to 11 & 3 (11.3) when assigned numerical values.

Five empty spots on this placeholder could be filled in when Spygate conspirators are indicted, if Q returns.

Regarding the “Civ” and “Non_civ” designators— I’m not entirely sure what these terms mean.

One interpretation is civil versus non-civil matters, which speaks to civil litigation versus criminal litigation.

Another possibility is civilian employees and non-civilian (government) employees. Some of the Spygate conspirators held government positions, such as Kevin Clinesmith, but others, including Michael Sussman, did not.

A third possibility is that it refers to venue, i.e., civilian courts and non-civilian (military) courts.
Most people assume that Spygate conspirators will be tried in civilian courts. But that could change in a single day if, for example, President Trump declared martial law in Washington, DC.

If that happened, civilian courts would likely suspend operations and criminal cases would be tried under the UCMJ.
