I despise the planners and their ‘mixed use” ideas. Mixing what amounts to housing projects with middle and upper class = flight of the upper class first (if they ever even moved in) followed by the middle class. In 10 years, the entire development could become ghetto. Depending on the community and location, of course.
That was all part of Obama’s plan, to intersperse the subdivisions with Section 8 inner city gibmedats.
