Question: Does the US have extradition with Austria?

YES, the United States has an extradition treaty with Austria, which was signed on January 8, 1998, and entered into force on January 1, 2000. This treaty allows for the extradition of individuals between the two countries for criminal charges.

I didn’t check limited extradition. Some countries wont extradite if death penalty is involved.
