I guess that wouldn’t be too surprising but I think POTUS could convince them.

He also may have purchased Austrian citizenship, knowing the following:Austria does not automatically extradite indicted people to the USA regardless of the crime or potential penalty. Extradition between Austria and the United States is governed by a bilateral treaty and Austrian law, both of which impose specific requirements and restrictions:
• Dual Criminality Requirement: Austria will only extradite for offenses that are punishable by more than one year of imprisonment both under U.S. law and Austrian law. The act must be a crime in both countries.
• Political and Certain Other Crimes: Austria will not extradite for political crimes, and generally not for offenses that are military or purely tax-related under Austrian law.
• Penalty Limitations: Extradition for offenses punishable by death under U.S. law is only permitted if the U.S. provides guarantees that the death penalty will not be imposed or enforced.
• Human Rights Safeguards: Extradition is prohibited if there is a risk the person would face severe prejudice (such as for political reasons, or based on origin, religion, ethnic group, etc.), or if the criminal proceedings in the requesting country do not meet basic human rights protections under the European Convention on Human Rights.
• Prior Proceedings: Extradition is barred if the person has already been acquitted or convicted of the same offense in Austria (“non bis in idem”) or if the prosecution or penalty would be barred by the statute of limitations in Austria or the USA.
• Procedural Safeguards: Austrian courts review extradition requests to ensure all treaty and legal conditions are met, and the request can be refused for various legal or humanitarian reasons.
In summary, Austria does not extradite “no matter what crime” or “no matter the penalty.” Each case is carefully reviewed under both treaty and national law, with multiple grounds for denial, especially regarding political or death penalty cases, and all must comply with principles of human rights and due process

Even after posting AMPU's summary of Austria's 'protections' of criminals, I think you are right. President Trump has little tolerance for 'safe havens', and I can't see him allowing Austria to harbor traitors attempting to kill our president and overthrow the country.
Maybe it would be done 'off the books'. Our amazing warriors dropped down into Syria at night, without a visa, to retrieve something or someone. Seems like 'somehow' Brennan could be acquired.
No country can collaborate with those who seek to destroy the US and then point to 'rules' and expect POTUS MAXIMUS to stand down.
Update: Given our prior exchange (included below just for reference), I think Austria's willingness to protect traitors working to destroy our country and our President would mean, internationally speaking, that Austria would be a collaborator. I mean, the EU/WEF/UN/Austrio axis of evil REALLY ARE collaborators.
How far can Austria go to give aid and comfort, and to ensure murderous traitors are protected like their own children before America decides Austria 'too involved' and are a full-fledged collaborators working to overthrow the US?
Putin addressed this 'foreign support' issue in the Ukraine war by stating any nation actively fielding fighter aircraft for Ukraine would have its assets targeted wherever they are located (inside or outside that country). For this reason, plans to fly F-16's out of Romania were instantly scrapped.
Austria would phrase any US action against it as imperialism, violation of international law, threat to world peace etc.
Thinking about it a little more, I doubt Brennan made it to Austria. Knowing what he knows, the trail points to him and then the rumors? He would know when he set up the passport that this would be easily tracked. Trump et all (Q) knew rats would be running and would watch him. I have thought they've eliminated the major black hat D.U.M.Bs, but my guess is Brennan is still trying to get out of the country, or is for any other reason, not in Austria. From that story, they can fake his death in Austria perhaps.
I just think he's too crafty, and Q is too alert, to just have him take up residence in Austria, unless involving Austria helps President Trump 'clean' the nest of evil there.
My favorite theory? Brennan made it out of the country...under guard.... to a prison. Now they need to account for his absence without telling his co-conspirators (Obama, Muslim Brotherhood etc.) WHERE he is held, lest the Black Hats try to retrieve him.
The White Hats didn't come this far to let him 'move to Austria' unless Austria needs 'cleaning.' :D
