As I understand wot’s being announced you’ll have to swear on your favorite saint that you don’t have a smart phone, online computer, or bank account. But you can continue to receive a paper check.

A three-judge panel on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, in a 2-1 ruling, smacked down Judge Boardman and rejected labor unions’ request to block DOGE’s access to the data.
