I had purchased the one that was the “overall best pick” from Amazon but IMO it did not work like the old one my mother had. I think Big Pharma made them in some way dilute it, at the very least.
20% may be the highest concentration available commercially. Formulation (vehicle and adjuvents such as lanolin) can make a big difference in perceived effectiveness.
