I would agree. It’s one thing to sanction Russia. Russia is in the war. But India is not bothering anyone. Let them decide for themselves what their best interests are.
India CAN do whatever it wants.
But it is also OK for another country to decide they don’t want to do business with them.
It’s OK for a person to drink. It is also OK to choose not to be around that person. Same thing.
The problem is we don't do any meaningful trade with Russia for sanctioning Russia to have any effect. India on the other hand buys a HUGE amount of Russian oil that funds Russia's killing machine. If India stops buying Russian crude that *will* have an effect.
