Blindly following the Socialist/Marxist Piper has opened up a very successful contagion vector for violent, authoritarian, pseudo-religious extremists to spread and multiply. Like many countries, if the populous demanded that the laws be fully enforced (ancient, common decency laws), the disease could be contained and ended.
