Did your wife get the prescription through her doctor? Does insurance cover her doctor's appointment and the cost of the prescription?
IVM is dirt cheap...not a problem if insurance does not cover it
We have a health savings account and while I have insurance, I do not bother with it as we are never close to the deductible. she has been taking it since 2022. Frankly, the cost of the medicine is not that much, but I would have to look up what we have paid per year.
