Yeah, filing for divorce, breaking up the family, taking the kids away from their pa, and financially enslaving the man, and having a fling with the poolboy is a great way to "hold the family together."

Except that’s not what happened. In reality, he’s a drunkard that can’t keep a job, wrecked all the cars,frightens the children when he rages about how unfair life is and got handsy with somebody else’s wife at the block party.
And he had the audacity to tell the judge that his wife and kids should go live in an apartment because he needed the house with the fenced yard for his hunting dog.
