The victim was using his privilege of carrying a firearm, bestowed upon him as an off-duty New York City police officer working as a security guard.

This right to keep and bear arms is denied to regular New York City citizens, and that denial of rights is enforced by officers of the New York City police department.

The shooter knew he'd face few armed civilians in New York City... and so did the off-duty cop.

...the pictures of the now-deceased shooter’s rifle seem to be a bit blurry, but has it been identified...? a much-hated AR15 or something else...? just waiting for more strident calls for “gun control”.......3.....2......1.........
