Basically, a male slathering himself in estrogen gel has, via skin-skin contact, induced early puberty in his 3-year-old daughter.

🚩The daughter had Tanner stage 3 breasts. Just about ready for a training bra. Normal for a 10-to-12-year-old.
🚩She was 108cm/3'7'' height. Significantly above average.
🚩Her bone age was typical for a nearly 7-year-old.
🚩Her uterus development was approaching Tanner stage 4. That's period territory.

The father reported skin to skin contact on a daily basis. What part or parts of his body did he touch her with? Where did he touch her?

I don’t even want to know, but I’m betting it wasn’t normal contact. And daily. This is criminal.

This is the same as if the child had ingested the father’s crack cocaine stash. Lock him up and take her away to be placed with a loving two-parent (and sane) family.
