Yes, back then, the entrances to the hotels/casinos were right off the sidewalk. Since then, they’ve placed them a quarter mile back, so that once you’re there, you’re trapped.
Exactly!!! Its still like that at the Flamingo- the entrance to the casino is just steps off the sidewalk...meanwhile its a half mile walk into Caesars!!
