I give up - what’s “the real reason”?
I think the real reason is that the US aid money dried up for all the people getting it and we’re blowing in Vegas casinos.
Sounds about right. But safety may also be an issue.
I don’t know about Las Vegas in particular, but in general, I think the cities have become unsafe. I’m 73, retired, and live in a suburb 30 minutes north of Philly where there is zero crime. We have black people here, but they have assimilated into suburban life.
I’m never going near center city again.. too many of the blacks there are not safe to be around.
No more concerts, no more ball games for me - it’s just not worth the risk of being targeted because I’m white.
