This is simple fraud.

Of course you could argue that the voters knew he was a fraud and voted for him anyway, so it isn't really fraud.

How long did it take California to count? Two weeks?
Same fraud goes on in Oregon EVERY ELECTION.
No republicans ever elected…..hmmmmm
