Bullfrog Remediation Action Team =BRAT In reading the article it never would have dawned on me that settlers from the east would bring “bullfrogs” to farm , for the leg meat I suppose ? And that is how they got introduced to the area .

Why would they eradicate bullfrogs? I noticed the last 2-3 years there is no noise coming from our local ballfields, where there is an acre pond between fields. It is about half a mile from my house, but I could hear them at night. Stupid Bluebrats are ridding us of something because in my Ratchet voice “IT IS NOT NATURAL” while they wear wigs, eyelashes, makeup, high heels and perfume.

Stopped reading at Americorps. Has DOGE looked at it yet? Americorps is probably 99.9% liberal democrats and we really need to find out where the money is going.

Probably because introduced bullfrogs can decimate a population of native frogs.

I call BS to her tale of treading water and swimming in a stock tank while wearing waders (hip or chest waders not known).

Tree frogs made a racket at night in the New Jersey Pine Barrens.
I did a lot of camping there as a kid and into my 20s.

Did you run into Valery? You know he killed 16 Czechoslovakians.

Got ‘em at both the house and the cabin. They actually cancel out my tinnitus. YMMV

Hey can we slide back to frogs?

Also grill them things with lemon pepper and a vinegarette.

Fajita as mentioned.

Louisiana or Tabasco.

Fry in mustard and corn meal.
Fry in mustard and flour.

It’s all good.

Why eliminate bull frogs? Frogs are extremely beneficial in controlling mosquitoes and other pest insect populations. Let Mother Nature do her thing, quit killing the frogs!
