Personally not my cup of tea but what’s the big deal? Other groups don’t catch any flack when they do something like this. These people aren’t hurting anybody. What happened to freedom of association? From a legal point of view maybe they should have structured it a different way to exclude others because I’m sure the ADL will go after them and they will face expensive legal battles. Ironic since the ADL has no problem supporting a Jewish ethnic state they just hate the idea of whites having one.
These people are either very clever or very stupid.
No doubt, they’ll eventually be in court for this.
1. Are they doing this so that they’ll lose and set a precedent that other groups, Jews, Blacks, Islamist too cannot form these enclaves which can lead to autonomous governments? Then they should put up some lame arguments and get the result that shuts down these dangerous Islamic communities. That would be smart.
2. Or, do they really believe that can win and will try to make a good case pushing freedom of association issues? Allah would go for that one. In that case they should look for funding from Qatar. Not smart.
