Corporations are government created entities, subject to government regulation. Including non-discrimination policies.

I'm not sure that a corporation established to racially discriminate would be upheld in court.

Covenants in title deeds that discriminate based on race were deemed unconstitutional in the 1940s.

Although it might be legal if it favors a "protected class" (hence, "black cities" might be okay).

private corporations can do anything they want and are not bound by discrimination laws... unless they are publicly traded
