I think there are charitable trusts that focus on helping blacks, Latinos, Jews, even women or gays.

Would a trust focused on helping whites (however they choose to define that) stand up to legal challenges?

I don’t know why anyone would want this to work?
It will be used by Islamists to create de facto enclaves and municipalities enshrining Sharia law.
How about if a charitable trust (probably through several corporations) received money funneled in from Qatar?
Instead, I’d like to see someone challenge these Islamic only communities when they control large amounts of real estate.
