They do this all the time, Congress hasn’t had a real recess in years
Congress should be forced to return to their districts for extended periods of time to actually talk to the people they represent. Once in DC, they only seem to represent themselves. If anyone else is helped, it’s just by coincidence. Their main job is to get reelected.
They usually only do this when the President is from the other party.
Seems like Republicans are screwing over President Trump.
