I have hives almost every day, usually first thing in the morning. 10,000 IU of Vitamin D daily (take K2 also) helps - I get them less frequently & if I take Vit D during a hive episode, they usually go away without resorting to an antihistamine; however, if I need an antihistamine, 1/2 of a fexofenadine usually resolves the issue.
