Unlike many,I was never a fan of Cosby’s hit TV show. In fact it’s been many years since I was a fan of *any* network shows. But I heard just this morning that Warner, and the other stars of the show, were hurt badly by Cosby’s legal troubles. I guess when the scandal hit TV stations took the syndicated episodes off the air, resulting in the stars not getting “residuals” checks.
That's too bad. It's about a successful Black family so the messaging was great.
If you look around, our culture is not encouraging what the Cosbys did. An intact nuclear family.
Those Jello pudding pops....the flavor will knock you out!
I was a fan of Bill Cosby in his heyday of the 60s and 70s. He was arguably the top comedian during that time. Saw him twice live and he was as funny as could be. I was a bit too young to watch I Spy but I did watch his show where he played a physical ed. teacher. Like you I wasn’t too much of a fan of his 80s tv show but I did watch it a bit. After that I only saw him on rare occasions on talk shows until his criminal scandal hit.
