Jeez, all these liberal comedians are lining up in support of Colbert.

Maybe I’m missing something, but if Colbert is really that popular, and the demand for bombastic, political humor against Trump, is that great, then Colbert will find a TV home somewhere else.

I’m still trying to get my arms around how his show loses $40 million a year . It’s supposedly the highest rated of those late night Liberal political shows.

It’s funny to see so much commentary about how somehow this is a threat to civil liberties. Or a threat to constitutional rights of freedom of speech,, that CBS cancels his show.

So what’s the deal? Are TV networks supposed to get the approval of Jimmy Kimmel, Jon Stewart etc, when they make programming decisions?

They subsist in a communist system.

They live large like dictators getting subsidized by who knows what that just got cut off, whatever source it was.

They don’t move in and take his audience like they would in a capitalist system. This is like communism.

They’re begging for their funding to not get cut off.

People don’t watch enough satire
