Several of these states also have the lowest overall tax burden. Then if you pick the town in NH that does not have a big fancy school system and has a lot of lake front vacation homes you will be in the lowest tax location in the lower 48.
yet tiny little ranches in Palo Alto still sell for $3M+...the money made from this silly AI/Nvidia bubble outweighs common sense, unfortunately.
