Well, the statute of limitations would apply at that point.
Obama is not going to be charged. It’s simply not going to happen. You guys need to get that out of your head and move on to stuff that CAN happen.
I am sure there are ways to ruin these people without the “we are going to arrest you” stuff. That just supports the “They are the gestapo” line the left uses. (And they know very little about the gestapo, admittedly.)
It’s fun to fantasize about this stuff. It’s not going to happen.
